On 3 July 2025, SolTech organised an information stand and engaged with participants of the famous Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, an event initiated by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts (StMWK). This year’s thematic focus – Chemistry – provided an excellent opportunity for SolTech to interact with Nobel Laureates and approximately 600 international early-career scientists from around the world.
SolTech was very successful to utilise this platform to present the interdisciplinary research activities among the five participating universities in this consortium, which is unique in Germany. The SolTech team at Lindau comprised of one PhD student from each university (see photo) under the leadership of Prof. Emiliano Cortes, LMU, Munich.
Especially, the green hydrogen driven toy car and other solar technology exhibits impressed and conveyed to the participants about the focus of Soltech research.
SolTech acknowledges the long term financial support as well as special support for this successful event by StMWK.
